We Can’t Do it Without You!

Did you know that rabbits are the 3rd most popular pet in the United States, falling just behind dogs and cats? And, with lots of patience, love and a willingness to learn, having a rabbit companion is a very rewarding experience!

Rabbit ownership requires proper, safe care which can be time consuming and expensive.  Not knowing this in advance of purchasing or adopting a rabbit, sadly makes rabbits the 3rd most abandoned pet in the United States.

When a rabbit is abused, abandoned,  or neglected, the Alabama House Rabbit Society steps in to provide safe, temporary housing, food and medical care until it can be fostered or adapted. To do this, the Alabama House Rabbit Society depends on your generosity and willingness to help.
